CUSTOMIZING EXISTING PRODUCTS

Existing products are up for customization as well, to an extent! Some examples are... thread colour changes to embroidery, baby feet/stethoscope on the sleeve with a name, etc! DM me to create a custom order.

BULK ORDERS

Bulk orders might just be favourite thing to do! Benefits of bulk ordering with your friends, colleagues and coworkers are free shipping to one location (for organizer to distribute) and discounted prices! DM me to get started on a unit order, the process is really easy :)

SHIPPING

I currently ship worldwide, from Toronto, Canada! International customers are responsible for any duty charges that customs may charge upon delivery.

Shipping is based on your location and the weight of your entire order. Shipping rates are determined by postal services! Unfortunately I do not have much control over the cost of shipping.

All my orders are shipped with tracking. You can pick your shipping rate at checkout. You will get an email when your order has shipped and it will include the tracking number!

Please allow a 10-14 business day period for production time, plus additional shipping time. I understand the wait can be lengthy, however I do my best to get them out earlier than this timeframe. I work as an RN, and do this business on the side on my days off!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, I am not able to take returns or exchanges at this time. I am hoping as my business grows, I can offer this feature!
